Get the Best Experience

For the most reliable reminders, install Avirti as an app and enable notifications. This allows revision reminders, streak reminders, and TimeRush alerts to work even when the browser is closed (where supported by your device ).

1. Install Avirti

Installing the app provides:

• Faster launch
• Full-screen experience
• Better notification reliability
• Easier access from your home screen

Desktop - Open Avirti in Chrome or Edge. - Click Install App when the banner appears. - Or use the browser install icon in the address bar.

Android - Open Avirti in Chrome. - Tap Install App. - Launch it from your home screen after installation.

2. Enable Notifications

When the Enable Notifications banner appears:

1. Click Enable.
2. Choose Allow in your browser.
3. Keep notifications enabled in your browser and operating system.

If you accidentally blocked notifications:

• Open browser Site Settings.
• Allow Notifications.
• Reload Avirti.

3. Revision Reminders

Revision reminders help you return when a chapter becomes due.

For best results:

• Enable notifications.
• Keep your revision schedule up to date.
• Mark chapters as completed after every revision.

4. Streak Reminder

Streak reminders help you avoid losing your daily streak.

Best practice:

• Complete at least one revision session every day.
• Enable notifications.
• Open Avirti daily, even for a short revision.

5. TimeRush Notifications

TimeRush reminders notify you during focus sessions.

Recommended settings:

• 25--50 minute study sessions
• 5--10 minute reminder interval
• Finish the session before closing the app

6. Recommended Device Settings

For Android:

• Allow notifications.
• Disable battery optimization for Avirti (if available).
• Allow background activity.
• Allow float notification and Vibration
• Try high volume

For Desktop:

• Keep browser notifications enabled.
• Do not block notifications for reviserush.in.

Troubleshooting

Notifications are not appearing

Check:

• Notifications are allowed.
• Avirti is installed (recommended).
• Internet connection is active.
• Browser notifications are enabled.
• Battery saver is not blocking notifications.

Install banner is missing

The install banner will not appear if:

• The app is already installed.
• Your browser does not support installation.
• Installation requirements are not met.
